Welcome to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section for Big Bob HD Camera LLC accessories.

I. Product Related

Are these accessories compatible with all cameras?

Camera Bag: Universal design, fits most SLRs, mirrorless cameras, action cameras, and compact camcorders. Please refer to the internal dimensions listed on the product page.

Lens Cleaning Cloth: Universal, suitable for all optical lenses (camera lenses, eyeglasses, binoculars, etc.).

Tripod: Equipped with a standard 1/4-inch screw mount, compatible with most cameras, camcorders, and phone clips.

Camera Reflector: Universal, no installation required, handheld use.

Camera Windscreen: Compatible with common shotgun microphones and some built-in microphones (size compatibility required).

What is the maximum load capacity of the tripod?

The maximum load capacity of each tripod is listed on the product details page. Common models have a load capacity range of 2kg – 8kg (4.4lb – 17.6lb). Please do not exceed the limit to ensure stability.

Can the lens cleaning cloth be washed?

Yes. Hand washing with a neutral detergent is recommended. Air drying will restore its cleanliness. Do not iron or use fabric softener.

Is the camera bag waterproof?

Most camera bags are made of water-repellent fabric (resistant to light rain), but immersion in water or prolonged use in heavy rain is not recommended. A rain cover can be purchased separately if needed.

Does the windscreen fit all microphones?

Please measure your microphone diameter (typically 20mm–25mm is the standard size). Our windscreen has a flexible, extendable design, compatible with most shotgun microphones and some built-in microphones.

II. Purchase and Billing

Is purchasing these accessories a subscription? Are there monthly fees?

Absolutely not. All accessories are sold as a one-time purchase. You only pay for the order once; there are no monthly fees, annual fees, automatic restocking, or any recurring fees.

Does the price include sales tax?

The price on the product page is tax-exclusive. At checkout, the system will automatically calculate applicable state and local taxes based on the shipping address you provided and display them in the total order amount.

Can I buy in bulk?

Yes. If you need to purchase in bulk (e.g., for a photography studio, school, or retail), please contact us for a bulk quote.

III. Orders and Logistics

How long does it take to ship after I place my order?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Which shipping methods do you support? What are the costs?

We offer USPS, UPS, and FedEx options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and shipping address.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If the order has not yet shipped: Please contact us immediately so we can cancel or modify it for you.

If the order has already shipped: Please process it according to the return and exchange procedure after receiving the goods.

IV. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty

What is the return and exchange policy?

Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Lens cleaning cloths that have been opened from their sealed packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (except for quality issues).

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, taking 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned item.

How to apply for a warranty?

All accessories come with a 30-day warranty (from the date of receipt). If you find any defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., broken tripod lock, excessive lint shedding on the cleaning cloth), please provide:

Order number

Photos or videos of the problem

A brief description

Send to stephanie@bigbobhdcamerallc.online. After verification, we will either send you a replacement free of charge or provide a full refund (one-time solution).

Is the warranty valid if accessories are damaged during normal use?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects but not the following:

Human-caused damage (drops, water damage, excessive weight)

Normal wear and tear (such as slight pilling on the fabric surface)

Improper use (damage caused by overloading the tripod)
