Core Terms: Opened Items Can Be Returned
Unlike many policies that only accept unopened returns, we understand that you may need to open the packaging to check if the product meets your needs. Therefore:
Even if the product has been opened and tested, it can still be returned within the specified period, provided the product itself has not been excessively damaged by human error.
“Opened and tested” includes, but is not limited to: opening the packaging box, taking out the tripod and unfolding it for testing, opening the camera bag and putting equipment in for testing, taking out the reflector and folding it for testing, unpacking the lens cleaning cloth to check the material, and putting the windscreen on the microphone to test compatibility, etc.
The only exception: Products that are intentionally damaged, severely soiled, or irreparably damaged due to improper use (such as a broken tripod, a cleaning cloth stained beyond repair, etc.) are not eligible for return.
Return Time Window
Returns can be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Orders older than 30 days are generally not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

Important Note:
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless there is a quality issue with the product or we have sent the wrong item (in which case we will cover the shipping costs).
We recommend using trackable shipping methods (USPS, UPS, FedEx). We are not responsible for the risk of lost packages.
Refund Processing
After receiving and verifying the returned item (usually 2–3 business days), we will issue a full refund via the original payment method (excluding the return shipping cost).
Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment platform, generally 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable situations (limited exceptions): Returns are not accepted in the following situations, but you can still contact us to discuss a solution:
The product has been intentionally damaged, severely burned, submerged in water, or crushed.
The tripod has broken due to overloading (due to improper use).
The cleaning cloth is contaminated with chemicals that cannot be washed off, such as hair dye or paint.
The return request has exceeded the 30-day return period.
